Employers Direct Insurance Company takes advantage of the latest technology in the claims handling process and provides our customers with "real-time" information on the status of each claim and policy information. This information is available in our Policyholder's Claims & Information Center ("PCIC"). 

PCIC will enhance your business operations in the following ways:

  • CONTROL: PCIC empowers your people with up-to-date and extensive claims and policy information and allows you to contact your account team members at Employers Direct Insurance Company
  • TIME/COST SAVINGS: PCIC eliminates the need for most phone inquiries and call backs between your team and our claims examiners about the status of claims, loss runs, and Certificates of Insurance
  • CONVENIENCE: When combined with the online "First Report of Injury" reporting service that Employers Direct Insurance Company provides to its policyholders, PCIC will make the day-to-day interaction between you and Employers Direct nearly all electronic
  • REAL-TIME INFORMATION: PCIC assures that policyholders of Employers Direct have current claims and policy information available (including loss runs, etc.), and PCIC is available 24/7 except during scheduled maintenance periods.
In addition, customers are able to access our comprehensive Extranet, which includes the entire Loss Control Library of E-Flash reports, posters, and videos; claims forms and pamphlets; and other helpful resources.
